♦ General Overview of Previous Mid-Term Management Plan

The Previous Mid-Term Management Plan (FY2002-2005) aimed for "growth potential" and "profitability" shown in active expansion policy. ADEKA Group has been promoting efforts on the basic principle, such as strategic intensification of core and growing business operations, expansion of overseas operations, including full-scale expansion into China, further strengthening technical capabilities.
In consequence, consolidated sales in FY2005, the final year of the previous plan, amounted to ¥165 billion. The consolidated current income was ¥17.4 billion, sole sales ¥122.2 billion, and sole current income ¥15.3 billion. Each target sale level was found unachievable, however, the general target for the final year of the previous plan was achieved.



♦ Profit Target of Current Mid-Term Management Plan
